I bought 3 Rhode island red pullets, and 3 ameraucana pullets. I also bought 3 bourbon red turkeys straight run chicks, and 1 white Holland straight run turkey chick. My 3 ameraucanas are Easter eggers, and my 3 RIRs are new hampshire reds. The 3 bourbon reds turkeys had Coccidiosis and died in the first week. I've had problems with Coccidiosis ever since. The turkeys were living in a brooder that no other poultry had ever been in before. On top of all this, the layer feed that I have been buying for the older chickens (olsen brand) makes their egh production go way down. I complained to the manager about the sick turkeys and he refused to give me my money back. He finally offered a free bag of basic poultry feed to appease me. I didn't even bother. I'll never shop at this store again. I will drive further to go to tractor supply from now on. I was buying all my chick and chicken feed there as well as my dog food. I have over 40 chickens. They have lost a good customer. I was spending lots of money in that store on pretty much a bi weekly basis.
